(Oscar L. Smith) started his career working in a public information office processing documents for a legal team and auditor. For a while I thought I would become an attorney. After an internship at the Department of Housing HUD and the Home Loan Bank Board I decided to see what opportunities were available in the private sector. I have over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial lending. I am presently a Branch Manager for Tradeway I specialize in construction, real estate and small business loans. I am currently earning credits towards certification as a CFP Certified Financial Planner. I also find time to counsel children and parents as a certified academic advisor. To relax I enjoy travel art and cultural attractions.
